For Homeless Outreach Program:
The Homeless Outreach Program has a separate application for it services that are individual based. For information concerning referrals please contact Kevin Leal at 416-205-9888 ext. 230 or Heather Mitchell at 416-205-9888 ext. 242.
For Jarvis Program:
Please note that Fife House does not receive or manage applications, nor the wait list for the Jarvis Program. All people interested in living at the Jarvis program must apply through Housing Connections as this is the only process for applying available.
For Wellesley Central Residence Inc. (Sherbourne and Transitional Housing Program):
Effective Monday, March 15, 2010, Fife House will be accepting new applications for its supportive housing units for the Wellesley Central Residences Inc. site (WCRI) for those eligible for only the following unit size: 1 bedroom wheelchair accessible unit, 2 bedroom, and for the Transitional Housing Program.
Please read the Application Information regarding these programs to determine if they are suitable for your needs. If you wish to make an application, it is strongly suggeted that you read the Application Guidelines before completing an application. If you wish to make an application to either of these programs, please fill out the Application Form and mail it to the WCRI address listed in the Application Information.
