Please join us for Fife House’s 2026 Annual General Meeting & Community Celebrations

Dear Valued Friends, Partners, and Community Members,

Thank you for your steadfast support for Fife House, which has enabled the organization to provide safe and quality supportive housing, warmth, dignity and hope to individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS for the past 38 years!

We invite you to join us for our Annual General Meeting & Community Celebration, where we will be reviewing highlights and impacts from the past year, and discussing challenges & plans for the future.

• Date: Monday, September 21, 2026.
• Time: 6.00pm to 8.30pm
  • 6pm: Doors open for Reception & Mix ‘n’ Mingle
  • 6.30pm: Start of AGM (business proceedings will be followed by community celebrations and performances):
• Location: St. Paul’s Church (The Great Hall), 227 Bloor St. East, Toronto, ON, M4W 1C8

Membership & Voting Rights

• Membership to Fife House is open to any person who is at least eighteen (18) years of age, who supports Fife House’s mission and goals.* As a valued member, you will have voting privileges at our Annual General Meeting, receive a copy of the Annual Report, and electronic updates throughout the year on Fife House programs, activities and events.
• Individuals seeking to join Fife House as a voting member, as well as current members are invited to register or renew their membership of Fife House. Membership registration form for 2026 will be available soon.
• The annual membership fee remains unchanged at $25 since 1996. The membership fee is optional for Persons living with HIV/AIDS (PHAs).

Proxy

• Members who aren’t able to attend in person may send one proxy to the AGM.
• Only a member may hold a proxy.
• Each member present in person may hold only one proxy at any meeting.
