The cold weather and freezing temperatures creates challenging situations for vulnerable members of our community who are living outdoors. Many experience the weather without the appropriate clothing and supplies they require to stay warm and safe – putting their health and well-being at increased risks.
Among other support services, Fife House’s Linkage to Care program assists individuals who are experiencing houseless-ness or housing insecurity – particularly those living with HIV/AIDS – by equipping them with the critical supplies, including winter gear, that they require. This helps ensure that they have the materials and protection they need to be safe and as warm and comfortable as possible, to get through the harsh winter.
- Winter Coats*
- Sleeping Bags
*Coats and blankets can be gently used, but all other items should be new or unused.
Donations of supplies are accepted by appointment only. Please reach out to us via email at email@example.com with details of the items you would like to donate (including quantities, and photos of the items if possible) and to schedule a drop-off date and time for your in-kind donation.
Online Gift Registry
Fife House has an online gift registry at MyRegistry.com with items that are needed. In addition to financial donations, we welcome and invite donors to support Fife House’s initiatives by purchasing items through the registry, which will then be shipped directly to us for distribution to community members who are in need. Click on this link to view the gift registry.
Thank you very much for your support!
