As a service to community, Fife House has several rooms available for organizations, agencies or groups to use for a small fee. If your organization, agency, or group is interested in booking any of the rooms, please complete the Online Room Booking Form below, and a member of the Fife House team will get back to you as soon as possible. To ensure a smooth and timely booking process, please ensure that you complete and submit the form at least 2 weeks in advance of your event.

The following rooms at Fife House’s location at 490 Sherbourne Street are available for rent, and are subject to availability and Fife House’s policies on use of space. 

Main Floor Program Room
  • Capacity: 100 persons, standing (1,475 sq)
  • Fee: $150
  • Includes access to a small kitchen
  • Projector & screen available upon request
Main Floor Outside Patio
  • Capacity: 25 persons
  • Fee: $75
  • Includes access to a gas barbecue
2nd Floor Board Room
  • Capacity: 25 persons (600 sq)
  • Fee: $50
  • Room is equipped with TV screen for projection & speaker-mics for video conferencing. Rental includes access to adjoining kitchenette.
